or</p></content></level><level class="para2"><num>(iv)</num><content><p>returning direct to a holding from a market (other than a dedicated slaughtermarket) to which it had been sent for the purpose of sale for slaughter;</p></content></level></level></quotedStructure><inline name="appendText">.</inline></mod></p></content></paragraph><paragraph eId="article-6-3"><num>(3)</num><content><p>In paragraph (2)(j) “or” shall be deleted.</p></content></paragraph><paragraph eId="article-6-4"><num>(4)</num><content><p><mod>After paragraph (2)(k) there shall be inserted the following—<quotedStructure startQuote="“" endQuote="”" uk:context="unknown" uk:docName="unknown" ukl:TargetClass="unknown" ukl:TargetSubClass="unknown" ukl:Context="unknown" ukl:Format="default"><blockList class="unordered none" ukl:Name="UnorderedList" ukl:Decoration="none"><item><p>; or</p><blockList class="ordered alpha parens" ukl:Name="OrderedList" ukl:Type="alpha" ukl:Decoration="parens"><item><num>(a)</num><p>the animal is being moved from a market, provided the animal was marked in accordance with the requirements of this Order when it was moved on to that market.</p></item></blockList></item></blockList></quotedStructure><inline name="appendText">.</inline></mod></p></content></paragraph></article></hcontainer><hcontainer name="crossheading" ukl:Name="P1group"><heading>Amendment of article 12</heading><article eId="article-7"><num>7.</num><paragraph eId="article-7-1"><num>(1)</num><content><p>Article 12 of the <abbr title="Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (England) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/240)">principal Order</abbr> is amended in accordance with the provisions of this article.</p></content></paragraph><paragraph eId="article-7-2"><num>(2)</num><content><p>In paragraph (1)(a) after “the addresses” there shall be inserted “including the <abbr class="acronym" title="County Parish Holding">CPH</abbr> number and the postcode”.</p></content></paragraph><paragraph eId="article-7-3"><num>(3)</num><content><p>In paragraph (2)(b) “or” shall be deleted.</p></content></paragraph><paragraph eId="article-7-4"><num>(4)</num><content><p><mod>After paragraph (2)(c) there shall be inserted the following—<quotedStructure startQuote="“" endQuote="”" uk:context="unknown" uk:docName="unknown" ukl:TargetClass="unknown" ukl:TargetSubClass="unknown" ukl:Context="unknown" ukl:Format="default"><level class="para1"><num>(d)</num><content><p>where an animal is being moved to or from a show, the individual identification number together with the Mark which was applied at the same time as the individual identification number;
