This Order may be cited as the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2002.

The day appointed for the coming into force of section 3 of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (code of practice about use of information powers) is 28th January 2002.

This Order provides for the coming into force of section 3 of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (which makes provision in relation to a code of practice about the use of information powers). Section 3 is commenced on 28th January 2002.
This Order does not impose a charge on business.
The following provisions have been, or will be, brought into force by the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/3251 (C. 105)) and the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/3689 (C. 119)).
