Amendment to the 2001 Order
2.—(1) The District of Babergh (Electoral Changes) Order 2001(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In column 1 of the Schedule to the Order—
(a)for the words “Brent Vale” there shall be substituted “Brett Vale”; and
(b)for the words “Lower Brent” there shall be substituted “Lower Brett”.
(3) In column 2 of the Schedule to the Order—
(a)for the word “Sutton” (in the entry relating to the ward of Alton), there shall be substituted “Stutton”; and
(b)for the words “The parishes of Lavenham” (in the entry relating to the ward of Lavenham) there shall be substituted “The parish of Lavenham”.
