Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991

43.  In paragraph (1) of Appendix 2—

(a) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(bb) where it is alleged that the court has jurisdiction under the Council Regulation, state the grounds of jurisdiction under Article 2(1) of the Council Regulation.”;

(b) in each of sub-paragraphs (c) and (d), after the words “has jurisdiction”, insert—

• “, other than under the Council Regulation,”; and

  (c)

  in sub-paragraph (ia), for “assessment” in both places where it appears, substitute “calculation”.
