In Form M30—

(a)

for “SECTION 56(1)(a)” substitute “SECTION 55A”;

(b)

for “(the parent of the petitioner) is [or was] the parent of the said , the petitioner” substitute “(the person whose parenthood is in issue) [is] [was] [or] [is not] [was not] the parent of (the person whose parentage is in issue)”.
