Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991

25.  In rule 4A.1(1)—

(a) omit the definition of “guardian ad litem”; and

(b) after the definition of “parental order” insert—

““parental order reporter” means an officer of the service appointed under section 41 of the Children Act 1989 in relation to proceedings specified by paragraph (2);”.
