Citation, commencement and interpretation1.
These Rules may be cited as the Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2001 and shall come into force—
(a)
as to rules 35, 36 and 42 and paragraphs (a) and (b) of rule 43 on 3rd September 2001; and
(b)
as to the remainder of these Rules on 1st April 2001.
