The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 92(6) and 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Special Trustees for the Former United Birmingham Hospitals (Transfer of Trust Property) Revocation Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st March 2001.
Revocation of the Special Trustees for the Former United Birmingham Hospitals (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 20012.
The Special Trustees for the Former United Birmingham Hospitals (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 20012 is hereby revoked.

This Order revokes the Special Trustees for the Former United Birmingham Hospitals (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 2001 (“the first Order”). That Order is to be replaced by the Special Trustees for the Former United Birmingham Hospitals (Transfer of Trust Property) No 2 Order 20013 (“the Second Order”). The first Order cited incorrect names for the trustees to whom trust property was to be transferred. The second Order will effect the transfer of trust property intended to be effected by the first Order.
