In exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(3), and 5(5) and (6) of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 20001 and paragraphs 6, 7, 10 and 18 of Schedule 1 to that Act, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Regulations:
