Revocation and transitional provisions
8.—(1) The Education (Publication of Draft Proposals and Orders) Regulations 1992(1) (“the 1992 Regulations”) are hereby revoked.
(2) For the purposes of regulation 5 anything done pursuant to regulation 4 of the 1992 Regulations shall be treated as done under the corresponding provision of regulation 4 of these Regulations.
