They amend Schedule 1 to the 1996 Regulations so as to provide that Cambridgeshire Health Authority (which replaced the Cambridge & Huntingdon and North West Anglia Health Authorities) has one of its non-officer members appointed by the University of Cambridge. They also amend Schedule 2 to the 1996 Regulations so as to provide that the chairman and members of the Retained Organs Commission are not disqualified for appointment as a chairman or member of a Health Authority.
