<Text>These Regulations amend the Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1996 (“the <Abbreviation Expansion="Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1996 (S.I. 1996/707)">1996 Regulations</Abbreviation>”), which make provision relating to the membership and procedure of Health Authorities.
