The Lord Chancellor, being a Minister designatedM1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972M2 in relation to matters relating to jurisdiction over, and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in, matrimonial matters and in matters of parental responsibility for children of both spouses, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by that section, makes the following Regulations—
