The Postal Services Commission (Register) Order 2001

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 38(8) of the Postal Services Act 20001 hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Postal Services Commission (Register) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 26th March 2001.

Hours at which the register is to be open for inspection2.

The contents of the register shall be available for inspection by the public between 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on every day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday in England within the meaning of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 19712.
