3. The provisions to which paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the 2000 Act applies shall, on that day,
(a)cease to have effect; and
(b)cease to be capable of being the subject of an order under section 62(3) of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1996(1).
