REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE
These Regulations replace the Representation of the People (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1986, as amended, (“the 1986 Regulations”). These Regulations are needed in consequence of changes made by the Representation of the People Act 2000 (“the 2000 Act”).

PART IIIREGISTRATION
The register
Supply of register and list of overseas electors in data form49

Subject to any direction of the Secretary of State under section 52(1) of the 1983 Act37, any duty on the registration officer to supply data under regulations 46 to 48 above imposes only a duty to supply such data recorded in the form in which he holds it.
2
The registration officer shall not supply data which includes information not included in the printed version of the register.
