In Schedule 12, Part A, in the column headed “Article of Order”, after “90”, there shall be inserted “90A” and adjacent thereto in the column headed “Subject Matter” there shall be inserted “Requirement to comply with an air traffic direction” and in the column headed “Article of Order” thereafter there shall be inserted “90B” and adjacent thereto in the column headed “Subject Matter” there shall be inserted “Requirement to comply with an airspace policy direction”.
