In article 119(1) after sub-paragraph (c) there shall be inserted:

“(d)

to any building or place from which an air traffic control service is being provided or where any air traffic service equipment requiring approval under article 104 is situated for the purpose of inspecting:

(i)

any equipment used or intended to be used in connection with the provision of a service to an aircraft in flight or on the ground, or

(ii)

any document or record which it or he has power to demand under this Order.”.
