The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 18(1), (2) and (7) and 156(5) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000(1), hereby makes the following Order, of which a draft has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, each House of Parliament.
(1)
