The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 3(1) and (5), 3B(3), 5(2), 11, 18(1), 22(2), 30(1), 36(1) and (1A), 39(1) and 44(1) of the Registered Designs Act 19491 and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals pursuant to section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19922, hereby makes the following Rules—
