Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (insider dealing: special defences) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(3) for “under paragraph 25B of Schedule 1 to the Financial Services Act 1986” substitute “by the Treasury under any relevant order under section 22 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000”.

For paragraph 5(2) substitute—

“Price stabilisation rules” means rules made under section 144(1) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
