Removal of references to old tribunals

338.  In Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 (tribunals subject to the Council’s supervision) the entries relating to the following matters are repealed—

• Banking;

• Building Societies; and

• Friendly Societies(1).
