<Text>This Order may be cited as the A596 Trunk Road (Northside Junction, Workington) (Detrunking) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st October 2001.</Text>

<Text>The lengths of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies Cumbria County Council that the new trunk road is open for traffic.</Text>
