The Civil Aviation (Publication of Directions) Regulations 2001

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred by section 69(3)(a) of the Transport Act 20001 hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited at the Civil Aviation (Publication of Directions) Regulations 2001, and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Publication of Directions2.

The manner of publication of the directions referred to in section 69(3)(a) of the Transport Act 2000 shall be by publishing them in the Official Record of the Civil Aviation Authority.

These Regulations prescribe the manner of publication of directions given to the Civil Aviation Authority by the Secretary of State under section 66(1) of the Transport Act 2000 in relation to air navigation in managed areas. They are to be published in the Civil Aviation Authority’s Official Record which can be obtained or inspected at the offices of the Secretary & Legal Adviser, Civil Aviation Authority, CAA House, 45-59 Kingsway, London WC2B 6TE.
