Citation, interpretation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Transfer of Functions (Fishery Harbours) Order 2001.
(2)
In this Order—
“the 1951 Act” means the Sea Fish Industry Act 19512;
“fishery harbour” has the meaning given in section 21(7) of the 1951 Act;
“the Minister” means the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
(3)
This Order comes into force on 3rd December 2001.
