Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and by section 5(1) of, and paragraph 29(1) of Schedule 2 to, the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19902 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, considering it appropriate in the interests of the health service to make this Order3, and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 29(3) of Schedule 2 to the latter Act 4, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Aylesbury Vale Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
Dissolution of NHS trusts2.
The Aylesbury Vale Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Aylesbury Vale Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19915 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

This Order dissolves on 1st April 2001 the Aylesbury Vale Community Health National Health Service Trust.
This Order is to be read in conjunction with the Buckinghamshire Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2001. The Buckinghamshire Mental Health National Health Service Trust is to carry out certain functions previously carried out by the trust which is dissolved by this Order.
