This Order changes the name of an NHS trust established by Order under Part I of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 from the Avon and Western Wiltshire Mental Health Care National Health Service Trust (previously the Bath Mental Health National Health Service Trust) to the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust, and makes consequential amendments to that Order and transitional provisions.
