Disregard of discretionary housing payments

2.—(1) There shall be added as—

the following paragraph—

“Any discretionary housing payment paid pursuant to regulation 2(1) of the Discretionary Financial Assistance Regulations 2001 M3 .”.

(2) There shall be added as—
