The Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2001 No. 222 (C. 11)

2.  The provisions of the Act which are specified in Part I of Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 16th February 2001, subject to the transitional provisions in Part II of that Schedule.
