cited as the Social Security Amendment (Capital Disregards) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st February 2001.</p></content></hcontainer><hcontainer name="regulation" eId="regulation-2"><heading> Income support, jobseeker’s allowance, housing benefit and council tax benefit: capital disregard</heading><num>2.</num><intro><p>There shall be added
