The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by paragraph 7B of Schedule 1 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19921, paragraph 7B of Schedule 1 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19922 and section 133(1) of the Finance Act 19993 hereby make the following Regulations:
