PART IVJOBSEEKER'S ALLOWANCE
Increase in age-related amounts of contribution-based Jobseeker’s Allowance21.
In regulation 79(1) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (weekly amounts of contribution-based jobseeker’s allowance)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (a) for the sum of £31.45 there shall be substituted the sum of £31.95;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (b) for the sum of £41.35 there shall be substituted the sum of £42.00; and
(c)
in sub-paragraph (c) for the sum of £52.20 there shall be substituted the sum of £53.05.
