Amendment of the Claims and Payments Regulations2
In the Claims and Payments Regulations—
a
in regulation 35 at the end of paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the words “and Schedule 9B”; and
b
after Schedule 9A there shall be inserted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
