These Regulations implement the European Parliament and the Council Directive 2000/14/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the noise emission in the environment by equipment for use outdoors (“the Directive"). They come into force on 3rd July 2001 except regulations 1, 2 and 14 which will come into force on 4th June 2001.

PART BNoise Test Codes for Specific Equipment
During testing, no tools shall be coupled to the hydraulic power pack.
