<Text>This Order may be cited as the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 2nd April 2001.</Text>

<Title>Amendments to the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2001</Title>

<Text>In article 2, in the definition of “a Very High Cost Case”, for the words after “decided by” there shall be substituted “the Commission.”.</Text>
