Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Civil Imprisonment) (Scotland) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 24th April 2001.
(2) In these Regulations the “1991 Act” means the Child Support Act 1991.
