48. Each of the following is exempt from the general prohibition in respect of any regulated activity of the kind specified by article 61 of the Regulated Activities Order (regulated mortgage contracts)—
(a)a registered social landlord within the meaning of Part I of the Housing Act 1996(1);
(b)a housing association registered in the register maintained by Scottish Homes under section 3 of the Housing Associations Act 1985(2);
(c)the Housing Corporation;
(d)Scottish Homes.
