7.—(1) For the purposes of proceedings in relation to which a direction is given under section 10(3) of the 1996 Act, or an order is made under section 10(4) of that Act, section 4 of the 1996 Act shall be modified as follows.
(2) In section 4(1)(a), for the words “in accordance with regulations made under section 1(1)” substitute the words “in accordance with regulations 6(a) and 9(5) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2001”.
(3) In section 4(1)(b), for the words “in accordance with regulations so made” substitute the words “in accordance with regulations 6(b) and 9(5) of those Regulations”.
(4) In section 4(5), for the words “in accordance with regulations made under section 1(1)” substitute the words “in accordance with regulation 6(a) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2001”.
