Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 199398

Section 161 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 199396 (vesting of land by order in the Urban Regeneration Agency) is amended as follows.

After subsection (6) is inserted—
6A
No order shall be made under subsection (1) in relation to a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000).

In subsection (7) (definitions), in the definition of “statutory undertakers”, after the word “Shipbuilders” is inserted the word “and”.
