The Land Registration Act 192511 is amended as follows.

In section 30(2) (protection of charges for securing further advances) for the words “post office” are substituted the words “postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000)”.

In section 79(3) (addresses for service and notices) for the words at the beginning before “shall give” are substituted the words “The postal operator (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) concerned”.
