The 1969 Act
8.—(1) The Post Office shall make a report as set out in section 11(10)(1) of the 1969 Act (general ministerial control and supervision of the Post Office) in respect of the accounting year ending on 25th March 2001 and section 11(11)(2) of the 1969 Act shall apply for that purpose.
(2) The Secretary of State shall lay a copy of the report before each House of Parliament.
