This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1999/3298 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2(5) of the Public Records Act 1958(1), and with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Record Office (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st May 2000.
2. In Fee No. 8.2 in the Schedule to the Public Record Office (Fees) (No. 2) Regulations 2000(2), for:
| “Where no negative exists, for a photographic service, | 21.60 | 21.60” |
there shall be substituted:
| “Where no negative exists, for a photographic service,per negative | 21.60 | 21.60” |
