The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2(5) of the Public Records Act 1958(1), and with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations:

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Record Office (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st May 2000.

2.  In Fee No. 8.2 in the Schedule to the Public Record Office (Fees) (No. 2) Regulations 2000(2), for:

Where no negative exists, for a photographic service,21.6021.60

there shall be substituted:

Where no negative exists, for a photographic service,per negative21.6021.60

These Regulations correct the omission, in the Public Record Office (Fees) (No. 2) Regulations 1999, of the words “per negative” in Fee No. 8.2 (colour prints where no negative exists).
