In addition the fee for commencing proceedings to recover a sum of money: where the amount claimed does not exceed £50,000 (fee 1.1(a)) is increased from £300 to £350; and where the amount claimed exceeds £50,000 (fee 1.1(b)) is increased from £400 to £500.
