Sections 65 and 66 of, and paragraphs 25 and 61 of Schedule 8 and paragraph 5 of Schedule 9 to, the 1998 Act (reprimands and warnings) shall come into force on 1st April 2000 in the areas specified in the Schedule to this Order4.
