In section 11 of the Access to Health Records Act 1990 (interpretation)67–

a

in the definition of “health service body”, for “or Special Health Authority” there is substituted “, Special Health Authority or Primary Care Trust”;

b

after the definition of “parental responsibility” there is inserted the following definition–

  • “Primary Care Trust” means a Primary Care Trust established under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977;
