<Text>This Order may be cited as the Hammersmith Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.</Text>

<Text>In this Order—</Text>

<Text>“the new trustees” means the trustees for the Hammersmith Hospitals National Health Service Trust<FootnoteRef Ref="f00003"/>;</Text>
</Para>
</ListItem>
<ListItem>
<Para>
<Text>“the <Acronym Expansion="National Health Service">NHS</Acronym> trust” means the Hammersmith Hospitals National Health Service Trust;</Text>
</Para>
</ListItem>
<ListItem>
<Para>
<Text>“the trust property” means the property specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the NHS trust and the new trustees on 9th March 2000.</Text>

<Title>Transfer of trust property</Title>

<Text>On 1st April 2000 the trust property, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property<FootnoteRef Ref="f00004"/>, shall be transferred from the NHS trust to the new trustees.</Text>

<Text>In any trust instrument relating to the trust property, any reference to the name by which the trustees of the trust property are to be known shall be construed as a reference to the new trustees.</Text>
