Interpretation 2 In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Access to Justice Act 1999. Community Legal Service: excluded services 3 The following amendments shall be made to Schedule 2 to the Act: a The following shall be inserted at the end of paragraph 2(1): h the Immigration Appeal Tribunal or before an adjudicator, ; b In paragraph 2(2): i in sub-paragraph (b), the words “4 or” shall be deleted; and ii sub-paragraph (c) shall be deleted; and c In paragraph 2(3)(j), the words “section 8 or 11” shall be substituted for “section 1, 2, 8 or 11”.
