The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as The A205 Trunk Road (Lewisham) Red Route Traffic Order 1998 Variation Order 2000, and shall come into force on 3rd April 2000.
2. The A205 Trunk Road (Lewisham) Red Route Traffic Order 1998(3) is varied by the following provisions of this Order.
3. In Schedule 4 item 6 is substituted as follows:—
“north side, from a point 9.0 metres east of the common boundary of Nos. 119 and 121 Brownhill Road, east for a distance of 37.0 metres”
4. In Schedule 4 item 7 is substituted as follows:—
“south side, from the common boundary of Nos. 166 and 168 Brownhill Road, east for a distance of 37.0 metres”
5. In Schedule 4 item 8 is substituted as follows:—
“north side, from a point 43.0 metres east of the eastern property boundary of No. 203 Brownhill Road, east for a distance of 24.0 metres.”
6. In Schedule 4 item 18 is substituted as follows:—
“north side, from the eastern kerbline of Parkcroft Road, east for a distance of 37.0 metres”
7. In Schedule 4 item 19 is substituted as follows:—
“south side, from 5.0 metres west of the western kerbline of Rayford Avenue for a distance of 27.0 metres”
8. In Schedule 4 item 20 is substituted as follows:—
“north side, from a point 5.0 metres west of the common boundary of Nos. 6 and 8 St Mildreds Road, to its junction with Baring Road”
9. In Schedule 4 item 26 is substituted as follows:—
“north side, from a point 39.0 metres east of the eastern property boundary of No. 129 Woodyates Road, to the boundary with the London Borough of Greenwich”
10. In Schedule 4 item 27 is substituted as follows:—
“south side, from a point 56.0 metres east of the eastern property boundary of No. 131 Woodyates Road, to the boundary with the London Borough of Greenwich.”
