Amendment of Order

2.  In relation to a local non-domestic rating list for a chargeable financial year beginning on or after 1st April 2000, article 3 of the Non-Domestic Rating (Rural Settlements) (England) Order 1997(1) shall be amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (1) for “£5,000” substitute “£6,000”; and

(b) in paragraph (2), for “£10,000” substitute “£12,000”.
