Dissolution of <Acronym Expansion="National Health Service">NHS</Acronym> trusts 2 The Southend Community Care Services National Health Service Trust established by the Southend Community Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order and the Thameside Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Thameside Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment Order) are hereby dissolved, and accordingly those Orders are hereby revoked. This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st April 2000 of the Southend Community Care Services National Health Service Trust and the Thameside Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust.

This Order should be read in conjunction with the South Essex Mental Health and Community Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2000.
